Tina Sheriff

Principal
About Tina
My passion for helping others and my motivation to improve social welfare is what led me to pursue a career in Social Work. My name is Tina Sheriff, Principal at Links Social Services. With over a decade of hands-on experience, I have been dedicated to serving individuals, families, and communities in need. I have a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Social Work from Arizona State University with a concentration in Health/Behavioral Health. My professional journey has been diverse, covering areas such as medical, mental health, homelessness, and domestic violence. My most recent position was as a Senior Psychiatric Mental Health Social Worker at Hennepin County in Minnesota. These experiences have broadened my knowledge and enabled me to support and serve unique individuals and populations. I also have additional training and certifications: – Trained and certified in coaching through the International Coaching Federation – Trained and certified in Hearing Voices – Trained in Motivational Interviewing, DBT, CBT, Mindfulness, and Crisis Intervention.

Meaghan Highwood
CCG OPERATIONS MANAGER
Meaghan Highwood has a passion for advocacy. She graduated from University College London with her Masters in Health Psychology. In her 5 years of experience, she realized that advocacy is what keeps her loving social work and wanting to improve clients lives however that looks for them. She has worked in all avenues of social work and with all kinds of clients. When Meaghan is not working she enjoys traveling, going to the movies and spending time with her two German Shepherds.

Fatoumatta Jaiteh
CASE WORKER
Fatoumatta has nurtured a deep-seated passion for healthcare from a young age, which led her to pursue a dual degree in Psychology and Public Health at Central Washington University. And eagerly preparing to embark on a master’s program in Psychology this upcoming fall. Fatoumatta’s journey in healthcare is driven by a desire to make a positive impact on individual’s lives, combining her academic insights with practical experiences. Beyond academia, Fatoumatta finds joy in the simple pleasures of life, often immersed in a good book, capturing the beauty of sunsets, or cherishing memorable moments with friends and family.

Alyesha Villalobos
CCG OPERATIONS MANAGER
Alyesha Villalobos graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Social Services from Central Washington University in 2016. She has worked over the last 10 years in the health care and social service industry providing direct services to the most vulnerable adults. Alyesha has held previous roles as a care giver, health home care coordinator, social service coordinator for re-entry facilities assisting individuals who were previously incarcerated assimilate back into their communities, working with King County Public health and DSHS Alyesha has first hand experience with supporting clients with finding solutions to addressing barriers to their Social determinants of health. Alyesha’s compassion for people allows her to support and guide clients to finding a healthy balance within their everyday lives.

Olivia Sanders
CASE WORKER
My name is Olivia Sanders, I’m from Eastern Washington. I completed my AAS / AA Degree at Yakima Valley Community College. I have had several opportunities working in similar areas of the medial/healthcare field. The opportunities that I have accomplished with my previous employers included are Evergreen Treatment Services-Case manager, ALTC, Yakima Public Health, Merit Disability Law office, Social Services Assistant and Home and Community Services. As you can see, I am well versed and confident in the skills of my job. I ‘am a people person so I make sure everything is done efficiently up to the highest standards for all clients. I will continue to adapt and gain as much information to stay current with the changes in the medical/healthcare field

Jennifer Fisher
CASE WORKER
Jennifer has an extensive background working in healthcare of over 10 years, which has included working with vulnerable communities.
Additionally, She has been a dedicated volunteer with the Seattle/King County free health clinic for the past 7 years.
Her passion and empathy for helping others has led her to transition her experience towards social work.
Jennifer is excited to continue her journey in helping clients and families and making positive change.

Andrea Simental
CASE MANAGEMENT SUCCESS LEAD
As a dedicated social worker with 5 years of hands-on experience, I am deeply committed to improving the lives of individuals and families facing challenges within my community. My approach is rooted in compassion and empathy, aiming to empower members to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential.
Specializing in mental health, community outreach, and trauma-informed care, I leverage an ecological perspective to deliver impactful results. I am excited to be given the opportunity to contribute to Links Social Services, where I continue to advocate for social justice and positive change in our community.

Silas Hajduk
CARE COORDINATOR
Silas Hajduk (pronounced “High-Duke”) graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies in 2019. He has worked in healthcare and housing in many different roles including caregiver and case manager, and always finds himself drawn back to patient-centered care. Having survived cancer in his 20s, Silas understands first-hand how daunting health problems can be, and is passionate about helping others navigate the complexities of the healthcare system while finding ways to not only survive, but thrive.
